These coffee beans come directly from the Selva Negra Coffee Estate in Nicaragua. This coffee is sustainable coffee, Rainforest Alliance certified, organically grown, bird friendly and shade grown, in the highlands of Nicaragua’s Matagalpa region. The quintessential Nicaraguan Estate coffee has a perfect triangular balance of body, flavor and acidity. It’s grown micro region in the Maltagalpa area with a very unique soil and climate. This coffee is highly dependant on the roast. The depth of this cup tends to increase as the coffee cools. Selva Negra is a sustainable coffee plantation that welcomes tourists!
