St. Patrick’s Day is an important day for me. Not only is it a chance to celebrate my Irish heritage, but I also get to help dye a river green (or in this case a bay) and watch a parade, but it’s also an excuse to drink an Irish Coffee or two (and maybe sip on a Guinness).
I’ve come across a lot of Irish Coffee recipes and today I’m sharing some of my favorites…in no particular order.
Shot Of Coffee – Irish Coffee With Jameson
I might be a little biased. This is a recipe that I wrote last June, but I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s simple and delicious tasting…as long as you don’t make it too strong.
The Best Irish Coffee in the World
A recipe from I Need Coffee that I think I’m going to have to try this year. I like that the recipe uses espresso instead of coffee like most recipes. I love that the recipe also calls for using an Irish Coffee glass, preferably with shamrocks and a gold rim.

Irish Coffee
In addition to Irish Whiskey, this recipe also uses Irish Cream Liquer.
Classic Irish Coffee
Really can’t go wrong with the classic Irish Coffee.

I hope everyone has a festive, but safe holiday. Erin Go Bragh!
