So you really like the K-cups? (I will have to look back and see if this is posted, sorry.)
I personally do not like them. We had them at my previous job and I found it quite annoying that one K-cup would only offer what I would consider half a cup of coffee. And anything packed that way cannot be as fresh as it should!
I’ve only used them a few times, but I think it’s what I want for that first cup of coffee in the morning when I’m wandering around in a daze. Other than that, really the only reason that I’d like one is for review purposes, so that I could blog abut more coffees.
Shoot, forget the coffee maker, where do you get those cookies! They look delicious!
Actually, you just might get one if you keep blogging about Keurig. I guess the company is actively searching out bloggers who blog about them and giving them coffee makers to try out and review. That’s why there’s so many Keurig coffee maker contests out there right now.
I actually just received one of these brewers from a coffee company who I am doing K-Cup reviews for.
It is to soon for me to say for sure what I think of the brewing method itself but I will be tasting and reviewing around 100 Keurig coffees, on my blog, over the next 12 months so I will keep you posted.
Keurig – That’s actually a promo shot that they had, but you’re right those cookies do look delicious. Interesting about the second part, I didn’t know that.
Jason – I’ll definitely be watching.
Wow, Jason-100 K-cups? I’ll definitely be watching as well. Curious since I haven’t tried them in years.
@Tara Ha, I totally know what you mean about half a cup of coffee! My coffee mug is like… four times as big as what the machine would brew for me! But I found a few brews that were super strong and quite delicious… I think I used my old companies entire stock of them while I was there. Throw in a hot chocolate pod to top it off and you got a creamy instant mocha!
Keurig-
We only had a few choices of flavors/blends through my old company). I used to run them through the machine twice, but it was too weak. I guess a strong brew would work to satisfy that…
With my recent addiction to coffee, due much in part to your blog… thanks for that. I have been looking at the single cup brewers, I like the ones you slide the little flavor container into and it throws out a quick cup of coffee.
@Tara- Oh no, I was shameless, I’d just run two through the machine for my one cup of coffee.
Ahhh…see we had a limit of how many we could use at my office in a month, so I would savor my coffee so I could have two “cups” a day.
