I agree with your tasting notes for the most part, but after going through an entire 2lb bag of it, i'd probably give it a 4 out of 5. I suppose the darker taste didn't surprise me since I never looked at what type of roast it was supposed to be to begin with. A while ago they had a coupon for $5 off their 2lb bag so i gave it a shot, and was pleased. I'd probably buy it again. Nice review.
