I was sure there were books on coffee, but I thought they were technical books dedicated to food science engineers.

Seeing this kind of coffee knowledge gathered in well documented books was a surprise to me. Quite a nice one, I might add.

Your dedication to the matter is quite remarkable. If I could tell you how impressed I was, I should tell you scored eleven points out of ten. I guess I made my point.

I’ve counted close to 75 books on coffee. I’ll bet there’s a lot more too.

The Joy Of Coffee was a book I knew about. I think I almost bought it, but ended up picking something else up that day. Either way, I just added it to my wishlist.

The Espresso reference guide, I’ve never heard of before. I’ll have to keep an eye out for it. I can imagine having a lot of fun with 800 recipes!

A few years ago while working as a barista I found these two very helpful books that offered useful information that aided in preparing me to do my job. This subject of “coffee” is vast and continues to grow in interest to many. Blogs like this along with some books in hand are great tools for all who love coffee and work in the trade.
