Cookies + Espresso X Delicious = Java Bites

I never know what I’m going to get when someone sends me something for review. I’ve probably had some of the cheesiest, most unusual coffee related (and coffee related is sometimes a stretch) items show up at my door. They’re often great ideas, but actual concept leaves me wondering who would actually buy this! However, when it comes to Java Bites, I think there are going to be a lot of people craving these coffee influenced cookies and should be stocked in coffee shops across the country.

Java Bites are basically chocolate chip cookies that taste like they’ve been dipped in espresso. It’s not an overwhelming espresso flavor, just enough to give you the feeling that you have a coffee right next to you. They come in five different flavors: Almond Mocha, Chocolate Chip Espresso, Cinnamon Cappuccino, White Chocolate Mocha and White Chocolate Vanilla Latte.

I’m allergic to Almonds, but I did try the other five and they were 100% delicious. My favorite was the white chocolate vanilla latte. The first nibble was filled with a sweet espresso flavor and followed up by a wave of white vanilla deliciousness.

The cookies are on the healthy side of snacks. They’re all natural, have no preservatives, no Hydrogenated Fats and 0 grams of Trans Fat. Plus, if you’re watching you’re calories, a two cookie is about 100 calories.

Java Bites are $5.49 a box and each box contains six two-packs of cookies. You can buy them on the Java Bites website or on Amazon where you can buy in bulk and save some on shipping.

If you like cookies and love coffee, this is the perfect treat for you.

Fine Print.

Thanks Ardee-ann! For me, it’s always harder to write a non-coffee review, so I wasn’t sure how it was going to come out. I’m glad you liked it.

They’re low in calories as far as cookies go. However, my problem is that they’re so delicious that I have a hard time stopping at just two!

Great question. It’s not listed on the packaging or website that I can find, but the coffee taste blended well with the cookies.
