Crescent City Blend From Community Coffee – What I’m Drinking

The Drink: Crescent City Blend From Community Coffee
Type: Whole Bean
Body/Roast: Full Body with Medium-Dark Roast
Overall Rating: Four Out Of Five Coffee Cups
The Crescent City Blend reminds me of the perfect coffee for waking up on a cool day in the city. I’ve sampled more than a few flavors and roasts from Community Coffee and this is my favorite yet.
I’ve never been to New Orleans, but the aroma reminds me of a coffee that would be perfect for walking outside on a cool, crisp morning in any city. It’s not overpowering, but it was enough to open up my eyes.
I had a hard time picking out exact scents, but it was fruity, spicy, slightly sweet and a hint of oranges thrown in.
The dark roast dominated the taste, but it wasn’t a bad thing at all. It wasn’t over the top and even someone who prefers lighter roasts, can enjoy this one. It’s smoky, but full of flavor at the same time.
The undertone was full of spices and had a fruity flavor to it. It had a laid back feel, like it didn’t need to overwhelm me with flavor.
The aftertaste had more of a medium roast taste. It was full of flavor, but still light feeling at the same time.
Crescent City Blend tasted a lot like some of the more expensive coffees that I’ve tried, but for $7.99 for a 12 ounce bag. A four out of five score is above average, but it earned it. This is the coffee from Community Coffee that I’d suggest to my friends to try.
Buy the Crescent City Blend at Community Coffee for just $7.99 a bag.

YESSSSSS!!!! I have a bag of this in my kitchen and I haven’t opened it yet (I have 3 bags of stuff open right now, and I don’t want anything to go bad
). I’m sooooo glad you gave it a 4 out of 5, ’cause now I’m excited to start grinding
This, and the Evangeline blend, I hear constant good reviews about. I have the Evangeline waiting patiently as well
I think you’re going to like it, although you may want something darker. Either way, let me know what you think.
I have a couple more bags from Community Coffee waiting for me to try, unfortunately neither of them are the Evangeline blend. But if they’re anything like the Crescent City Blend, I have nothing to worry about.
