PPS! As far as the Phillies, don’t get too excited, the Bronx is home to Mystique and Aura. Wednesday should be a great game.

As far as the cream, I haven’t tried it with darker roasts coffees. I’ll pick some up the next time that I’m out.

I still can’t believe that coffee is drinkable.

Yuuuuuuuuummmmm French Roast I’m glad you ended up enjoying it!

You normally drink your coffee black, right? Next time you do a dark roast like this, try a cup of it for me with cream (make it like, caramel colored), if you normally drink black. Not non-dairy creamer, not milk – cream. Tell me if you taste a difference at all. I think cream just rounds the rough edges on a dark roast so superbly, and I’d be interested to see what your thoughts are on this.

If you already use cream and I have convinced you, just ignore me lol.

PS – I’m crossing my fingers that some Philly magic happens in NY for the next game.
PPS – I’ll think of you as I’m grinding my 3-year-old Casi Cielo in the morning hahaha (screw “fine dining” – it tasted plenty good for breakfast for me!!)
