I’ll take your advice over theirs, thank you very much.

And regarding the problem of “too much caffeine” (mentioned in that article)? It totally depends.

“Like any drug, caffeine can have serious side effects if we ingest too much. This fact was first noticed in ancient Egypt when a group of workers, who were supposed to be making a birdbath, began drinking Egyptian coffee, which is very strong, and wound up constructing the pyramids.” — D. B.

I totally agree. For some people just one cup of caffeine can keep them up all night. Then there’s addicts like me who can drink it all night long, then go right to sleep.

I looked at the manual espresso machine. I was impressed how authentic looking the espresso looked with crema and all. How much pressure does it create? Almost makes me want to get one.

    • Mike says:

I don’t know how much pressure it takes, but it did look like they were pressing hard. I’m right there with you, I want to try one.

travel mugs… what a misused term.
most of them are travel mug wannabies.

any REAL travel mug is leakproofevenwhenupsidedownonthefloorofmytruck leakproof. that’s the only REAL type.

most of what are sold as travel mugs only work when
held in the don’t disturb me vertical position.
that’s not travel, that’s standing in Starbucks with
a hot sip smile on your face.
