    It does seem like a “perfect storm” for specialty coffee drinkers. Doesn’t it seem like it’s a double edged sword that as the popularity for specialty coffee increases there are more great cafes and roasters out there springing up to satisfy the demand while on the other hand the prices for specialty coffee seem to be going through the roof because of the increased demand. .. Anyway thanks for the round up of great posts to help keep me positive.

      Theo, a double edged sword is the perfect way to describe it. There’s limits to the amount of coffee they can grow before it goes from quality to quantity.
