Welcome to this week’s round up of everything that is coffee news. Fresh Brews normally comes on Sunday’s but due to a lack of wifi and a brain overload caused by an amazing blogging conference called SobCon, we’re on a delay, kind of like how my AirTran flight back to Tampa is delayed right now.

If you’ve ever bought coffee in New York City, this paper coffee cup probably looks familiar. At one point, it seemed like every diner, deli and bodega served their coffee in this cup. Last week, the cup’s designer Leslie Buck died at 87 years old.

I just got a good discount from a garage sale. a box of 8 o’ clock colombian coffee for a very low price. because the owner said that his daughter sent it to him in a package and he just recently got fed up drinking coffee and is planning to make a shift to green tea… well it’s his loss! i’m gonna brew another aromatic cup!
