Hey Mike, Thanks for including my interview. When I did my interview with Michael, it was very important to me to focus more on the hard work and passion he has. The point of winning WBC isn’t to see who’s the best Barista, it’s to find a coffee ambassador. Someone who will be the “face” of the industry.
