Editors Note: This is a guest post by Gservo. You can find him on Twitter. He has a passion for photography, craft beer, comics and most importantly coffee. He sent me over this recipe and it sounded so good that I couldn’t keep it to myself.

Okay! Here we go! Are you ready for some FOOTBALLLL! I thought not. But are you ready for some COFFEE? Eh? Of course you are! That got you goin’

A little history, this was invented to deal with some bad coffee I received. It goes uncannily well with fresh ground truly good coffee. It is intended to be sipped unhurriedly and in company of good friends.

NOW, the Coffee in question, ‘Servo Coffee’

What’s considered necessary

–French Press & stirring spoon

–Course Ground coffee,

–Shredded Coconut, But not the fat free kind

–I prefer sipping chocolate powder, but hot chocolate powder will do

–Agave/Sugar to taste

— Measurements will be done in coffee scoops

In your French Press, Per 1 scoop of Course Ground Coffee you add, you include half a scoop of Shredded coconut and half scoop of sipping chocolate powder, more if desired. Sweeten to taste, I find it works well with cream, but if you are feeling crazy, use whipped cream.

I like to have my out of a big coffee house mug (see photo above).

And to get Super Crazy, Servo Coffee, chilled, mixed with ice cream, thrown in a blender! Nuff said.
