Introducing 35 North Coffee Co: Daily Shot Of Coffee’s Newest Advertiser
I’ve been privileged to try a lot of amazing coffees over the past year and a half since founding Daily Shot Of Coffee. One of the most unique tasting coffees that I’ve tasted was the Broadway Blend from our newest sponsor, 35 North Coffee Co. It was a coffee that tasted like tea and was loaded with flavor (read the review). I would have no problem suggesting them to any coffee fan and I’m proud to call them one of the Daily Shot Of Coffee sponsors.
35 North Coffee Co was founded by Matt Hensley. He spent several years ministering in Africa, then returned to the latitude of 35 North with a passion for helping others. He teamed up with Sam & Kim Butler of Franklin, TN to pair good coffee with an even greater cause and 35 North Coffee Co. was born.
The great cause is that a portion of their sales goes to help a charity called The Baby Safe. Baby Safe is located in Sun Valley, (near Cape Town, South Africa) and is a home to thousands of African refugees and South Africans struggling to survive in the midst of poverty, unemployment, a 40% HIV/AIDS infection rate, and the devastation of addiction, domestic abuse and broken families.
Plus, their coffees are fair trade certified and did I mention that they were truly unique and great tasting.

Mike;
I noticed that your review and comments kept
mentioning this tasted like tea and had hints
of tea.
would it be too off the wall and heresy for
the world to bear for an innovative roaster
to blend tea and coffee to actually have
both in it’s blends?
call it cofftea. reminds me of the guy in the
=
Nationwide ads who makes up words to
sell auto policies…
it pains me to admit i have never brewed both
in a single cup before. i might try it and see
what happens or if i can even get it to stay down.
I don’t know if that’s such a bad idea. It would at least be pretty interesting to try.
Once can never do enough to help others. This is cool what they are doing.
I agree one hundred percent! And thank you for stopping by and commenting.
