Organic coffee has really opened me up to other organic foods. I learned so much about why it’s better than non-organic.

I have another coffee from Higher Ground, their Pap New Guinea. I can’t wait to try it. I think I’ll probably be ordering more from Higher Ground in the future, so I’ll have to remember about the Jones Valley Farm Blend.

And on a side note, very cool website and lab.
