No matter which side of the counter you’re on, customer or barista, I have this feeling that you’re going to like Moby’s Coffee Shop. Moby’s Coffee Shop isn’t a coffee shop that you can visit. You can’t even buy coffee online from them. It’s a comedy series from the husband and wife team of Patrick Andrew Higgins and Jennifer Jackson.
Five years ago, the duo met while working at a local Starbucks. Six months after they started dating, the Bucks caught finally caught on and since Patrick was Jennifer’s supervisor, they transfered him to another store. Flash forward to present day and the couple is now married and putting their Starbucks experience to good use, writing a parody about their barista employment.
They now have four episodes on their Youtube channel, each about five minutes long and filled with coffee shop humor that any customer, barista or service industry employee can probably understand and related to.

humor helps in life. i liked it.
they ought to keep on it…sort of like a ‘Saturday Starbucks Night Live’.
often wondered if a bistro that ONLY made coffee
and had the other things in a serve yourself salad
bar for coffee heads layout would work out.
i guess i’m one of those guys
who isn’t thrilled by a bunch of writing and scrawl
on the side of my coffee cups.
Only makes coffee? I don’t understand! LOL
that was really funny. There is a “family owned” coffee shop by my house that has cat food on the counter and cat hair covering the place. I only went in once, but it was seriously just like that place!
I think I’ve been to a very similar coffee shop down here too. For some reason, I never felt the urge to go back again and do a formal review.
