Ugh all this NY team love lol. My husband won’t shutup – he totally called the Yanks winning in 6! He was an original Mets fan, but took on the Yankees since the Mets haven’t done anything good in years (he’s orig. from Queens).

Sigh. My poor Phills…we’ll try again next year. Here’s to hoping that Matsui doesn’t get resigned.

Your husband rocks! I didn’t make any predictions this year, I just couldn’t do it.

Yeah the Phillies are still looking good next year. I think they’ll need even less tweaks than the Yankees to stay in the post season hunt.

I might drink coffee out of just such a mug … bitter coffee. Very bitter coffee. Very, very, bitter …

BTW, Mike, you are to be commended. 3 posts the day after the Yanks win the Series?? That’s impressive focus.

The first one was literally done as the game was ending. It wasn’t even planned, I just felt like I had to do it. The other two were planned, but I’ll admit I’ve had some problems focusing today….for some reason.
