This weeks poll is “How Do You Buy Your Coffee?” Already ground? Grind them yourself? Or do you roast and grind them at home?
Ninety percent of the time now, I buy whole beans. However, there’s been times where I wanted a specific coffee and it only came in ground or I was feeling a little lazy and bought ground coffee because it’s easier. Yes, I know that’s a sin, but it’s becoming increasingly rare.
Just a note, you are allowed to choose more than one choice in this week’s poll.
Last week’s poll was “How Do You Make Your Coffee?”
The entire week, the drip coffee maker and french press battled it out for the most votes. It looked the french press was going to win, but when I closed the poll this morning, there had been a last minute vote to tie it up.
The drip coffee maker and the french press tied with 44% of the vote each.
The espresso machine came in second with 33%.
Other was at 11%.
I thought single serve coffee machines would be more popular, but they only received one vote.

Dude, no “other” choice this time? MOST of the time, I buy my coffee whole bean. At least once a month, though, I buy a few bags of green beans to roast myself, and once in a while, I buy ground coffee because my Blueberry Morning coffee ONLY comes in ground.

I set it up this time so that we can choose as many as we want. I swear! Or at least I think I did.

Well duh! Leave it to me to not even think of that.

Since there are just the two of us drinking coffee I decided to drink what my husband likes but then lately a little light went off and said “enjoy what you like”, so now I’m going back to my old ways. My husband is happy with store bought ground coffee and I want something different so out comes the espresso machine, whole beans to grind and all the extras it might take longer to prepare but darn it….I’ll be a happy coffee camper that is for sure.
