Poll: How Do You Like Your Coffee?

This week’s poll question is “How Do You Like Your Coffee?“

Do you like your coffee dark roasted like Starbucks? Or are you more of a light roast coffee drinker? Drink flavored coffees? Or are you an all of the above type?

I think my answer is all of the above. Flavored coffees and medium or light roasts used to be all I drank, but now I think I can appreciate a good dark roasted coffee…just as long as all of the subtle flavors aren’t roasted out of the coffee.

Last week’s question was “How Much Coffee Do You Drink Daily?“

Thanks to everyone that voted, last week we had 89 votes, the most ever for one of the weekly polls.

The number one answer, with 34% of the vote was 3-5 cups a day. Seems like a pretty reasonable number to me.

2 in the morning, 1-2 during the work day and generally a homemade “latte” in the afternoon. My granddaughter (2) often enjoys her afternoon “coffee” (tablespoon of coffee in a mug of milk) with me. I am corrupting my sweet grandbaby

One to two cups per day came in second with 29% of the vote.

I’m a caffeine lightweight, 1 – 2 cups a day. On the mornings my wife doesn’t leave me enough I’ll end up making 3 cups worth, have two hot in the morning and an ice coffee midday.

My answer, six to nine cups of coffee per day, finished with 21% of the vote.

I am a 6-9 cup kind a guy. I use to do more but had to cut back cause of headache’s from withdraw when I didn’t keep up with that kind of consumption. 6 in the morning plus a nice afternoon or early evening coffee is the best.

I have a 64 oz cup that I fill up twice a day. Often if I dont have to get up early the next day I’ll fill it up a third time. So if a standard cup of coffee is 8 oz I can go through 16-24 cups in a day. And I am almost done with my second “cup” on a Saturday so I most likely will have some later this afternoon.

Zero cups of coffee had three votes. Are you guys sure you’re on the right blog?
