Just a quick post today, and maybe a little bit off topic, but I’m sure you’ll forgive me.
Anyone have any recommendations for a commercial coffee maker? I have a short list of ones that look good, but since I’ve never used anything more than my 12 cup drip home coffee maker , I have no idea what’s good and what’s bad for a coffee maker that a coffee shop would use.
My day job is that I manage a few blogs for some companies, including a local chain of tanning salons. They wanted to sell iced coffee so of course me, the junior coffee expert offered to help.
I know a lot about making coffee at home, buying coffee at stores and restaurants, but not so much about making coffee commercial. Originally, I was pretty naive and was looking for an iced coffee machine. It took me a little while to do the math and realize that there’s no such thing as an iced coffee machine, but now I’m on the track.
If anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear them.
Yes please keep me posted I want to jump on this before the season ends to keep it fresh in everyones mind. Gettin ready to brew a pot now sir.
