I’ve always been drawn to Peaberries, due to the unique flavor for one. Actually, most coffees I roast have a few peaberries mixed in… it’s a lot of work to hand-sort peaberries, hence the higher prices (and hence their being in most every bag of green). This peaberry sounds pretty good with the dark cherry and woody taste, though I am rarely a fan of dark roasts. I would be interested in the cultivar of the peaberry. Guess it depends on the customer base though… 100% Arabica doesn’t say much to me. (cool to see they have the “Civet-processed” coffee!)

Hahaha! I’ve noticed that there’s a handful of times when myself and other coffee reviewers will get the same coffees. I like seeing the differences in what we think about the coffees and how the ratings vary.

Just had some of the peaberry last night and I really enjoyed it. My personal preferences with coffee tend to lean towards that direction.
