The Coffee Calorie Calculator

I know two things to be true: people love looking good, and people love drinking coffee (not always in that order). So while you’re busy trying to slim down for the summer, big coffee chains are in a battle to offer you the biggest, coldest, sweetest drinks possible. That’s why we created the Coffee Fat Calculator that shows how many calories are in your coffee. It’s based on the fact that your body will turn an excess 3500 calories into one pound of fat. The good news is that simply cutting out 500 calories of fat per day will help you lose a pound per week, with no exercise or dieting.

Simply choose your favorite coffee drink and this app will tell you how fat it will make you:

while this is interesting to know, i have to tell you that
i can lose a few pounds a day in hot weather (winter not so much)
and it’s not all water. work is that tough.

    seriously!

my calorie intake is really important and i want
enough of them. i tend to avoid junk foods and focus on
the important stuff like real food and nourishment.
and coffee is on that list.

my tactic with Starbucks is to get their best
coffee and put the bad things in myself.
i think they overdo the sugar-sweetening
additives in most of the special drinks i’ve
    sampled at our local bistro.

and, i’m not a real fan of the way Starbucks
makes those wonderful beverages. they put the
whipped cream and the chocolate drizzle up on the
top of the mix and give you a straw. by the time
you have finished the liquids, the whipped cream
and chocolate are still sitting high and dry on the shaved ice.
i make the most obnoxious sounds sucking it
from there. just ask my female friend!
    so there you are Starbucks…
    give me a long spoon.
    (and less sugar)

I think I will stick with brewing my own coffee at home and carrying a travel mug. It saves me calories and money.

I am glad I only get a Venti Mocha Latte about twice a year if that. I don’t need to gain any more weight.

Thanks for the calculator. It was an eyeopener.

    Ciao,

I’ve been drinking my coffee black since the first of the year and I like it better that way. I’ve never really gotten into having chocolate or whipped cream on coffee, but now I know that with all the calories I’m saving from drinking black coffee I can eat more ice cream! I prefer putting the chocolate sauce and whipped cream on top of a big bowl of ice cream! Thanks for the calculator.

A bowl ice cream sounds good right about now. It’s only 9:30 in the morning and temperatures are already venturing into the 90′s. But overall I agree, black coffee is the way to go.
