Just to add on to the post about GreenBeans Coffee Cup of joe program, you can donate any amount to the program, and the thank you from each cup of joe redeemed is posted at each coffee shop that it was redeemed from!

Coffee Beaney sends coffee to the troops through Operation Care Package every year. Right now you can donate a pound of coffee to the troops for $5 and they will match it!

You have a great point. From the veterans I know, I’ve heard similar things. Then of course, I heard more about in the past few days, but being a veteran isn’t just a one day thing….it’s year round.

Thanks Mike For This Posting. I Would Just Like To Say I Love It When The Companies Support The Troops Overseas, I Think Thats Noble & Righteous Of Them All. I Do Have A Problem With Them Being Seasonal, Almost Like It’s Just A Sales Ploy. I’m Not Saying All Of Them, But I Mean As Far As I’m Concerned It’s Veteran Day Everyday For Me. Lastly What Happens To The Troops When They Come Home ? I’ll Tell Ya They Forget About Us! With My Company My Goal Is Not Only Supporting Troops Overseas, But Also Helping The Ones That Make It Back Home Abled & Disabled. Being A Disabled Veteran Not Only Do I Know The Struggle Of Coming Back Home & Trying To Adjust To Civilian Life, But The System That We All Fought To Protect, Only Cares About Getting Pay Raises & Basically Turning Their Backs On Many. I Will Stop Here I Didn’t Know I Could Write So Much. I Salute All You Civilians That Genuinely Care. Semper Fi
