What I’m Drinking – Boca Java Deep Blue Blueberry Coffee

Boca Java Deep Blue Blueberry CoffeeThis morning my house smelled like I was making fresh blueberry pancakes, but there wasn’t anything cooking in my kitchen, instead, it was the Boca Java Deep Blue Blueberry Coffee brewing in my coffee maker.

Last week, I bought several different coffees from Boca Java, including Maple Bacon Morning and a sample bag of their Deep Blue flavored coffee. I’m a huge fan of blueberries to begin with, but after reading their description, I had to order it.

Bursting with delicious blueberry flavor, Deep Blue Blueberry has a base that’s full-bodied and complex, and its intense berry flavor submerges you in fruity satisfaction.

The aroma can be a little overpowering, but there’s only a hint of it in the actual taste.

Originally, I was expecting it to be full of berry flavor like the Starbucks Caramel Macchiato is full of caramel taste, so initially I was a little disappointed. However, as I sipped on it, the more I started to enjoy the overall flavor of this coffee.

It’s definitely a coffee that I’ll be buying again. I can’t wait to have it when I actually do have the motivation to make pancakes. It’s not an every day coffee, but I think it’s perfect for weekend mornings or when you want to bring it to work and have your coworkers wandering around the office looking for fresh muffins.

Coming up soon are reviews of the Chocolate Cherry Celebration and Mint Chocolate Memories that I also bought from Boca Java.

If you want to make a purchase from Boca Java, here’s a few of coupons to save you money:
20% off coupon on your order with Boca Java
Free shipping on all orders above $40
4 bags of coffee for $8.95, FREE shipping (Their coffee club)

Hurry, their offers don’t seem to stay around for long.

I’m running low on coffee again, so I’ve been looking around to buy some more online. While I was shopping, I realized that I focus a lot on flavored coffee. I know that some coffee experts may look down on flavored coffees, saying things like they hide the real flavor of the coffee, but for me, an average joe, it’s a great tasting treat. Plus, it’s helping me develop my taste buds or at least that’s what I’d like to think.

Do you like flavored coffee? Either way, leave a comment below, I’d love to hear what your opinion is.

I like flavored coffee on occasion. Nine times out of ten, though, at least half the pack goes stale. It’s so infrequent I’m really in the mood for a flavored blend that I just don’t get to it in time. The one exception, was a variety pack of Jack Daniel’s flavored coffees I was given as a gift–I absolutely loved it.

Right now, I have a bag of Boca Java’s Irish Creme — looks like it’s going to end up going stale. (Maybe I should send it to you!) The flavor is as overpowering as is the smell.

I had no idea Jack made coffee. I’m a Jack connoisseur so next time I get low on coffee, you can bet that I’m buying some of that. I’m also a fan of Irish Creme, so I’ll also add that to my list, however, after hearing about the Jack coffee, it just doesn’t hold as much excitement.

  3. Blueberry coffee is the one flavored coffee that I -always- enjoy. Most of it is in the aroma – I really like the way that the blueberry doesn’t overwhelm the coffee flavor. Have you tried Dunkin Donuts blueberry coffee? Thanks for dropping by my blog – I’m adding you to my list of coffee talk sites so I make sure to check in with you regularly!

Right now, I’m boycotting Dunkin Donuts because of their horrible customer service, otherwise I would go out there and try it today.
