Given the price and the fact that no one sends me freebies, I don’t think ASAP will be very soon — but I certainly didn’t take Kopi Luwak off my to do list. So many people saying it’s possibly the best coffee in the world, clearly we weren’t drinking the same thing!

Allen, that’s really a shame. I still think that this was one of the best coffees I’ve had. I think you have to try it from another place ASAP.

I’ve wanted to try this for the last decade — My wife finally got me some this last Christmas from http://www.animalcoffee.com. I was absolutely thrilled to finally get to try this delicacy. My excitement was matched only by my disappointment when I drank it. Perhaps it was a bad batch, or the website isn’t credible; or maybe it was just old and stale — whatever the case, we paid a relative small fortune for what tasted nutty and sulfuric.

They’re actually based out of Canada and I strongly recomend them.

Hey, you’ve peaked my curiosity. Do they ship to Canada?

How can I not try a coffee that is a a possible “5 out of 5″ from a coffee connoisseur??
